Dr. Indu V. S. currently serves as the Head of the Department of English at Rajagiri Viswajyothi College of Arts and Applied Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Kerala, with her doctoral research focusing on “Gender Politics in the Select Films of Kim Ki-duk.” She received her Master’s in English Language and Literature from Christian College, Chengannur, and her undergraduate degree from TKMM College, Nangiarkulangara.

Dr. Indu has made significant contributions to academic literature, with numerous articles published in journals and anthologies. Her works are recognised for their depth of analysis and their contribution to contemporary literary discourse. She has also presented papers at national and international conferences and participated in short-term courses, workshops, and faculty development programmes (FDPs).

Deeply committed to her role as an educator, she fosters a classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and lively discussion. Her teaching philosophy emphasises inclusivity and engagement, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to contribute and grow.
