Address Grievances: To address the concerns and grievances of OBC students and staff, particularly regarding discrimination and exclusion.
Support Educational Growth: To support the educational and professional growth of OBC students through scholarships, coaching, and career counselling.
Raise Awareness: To raise awareness about the importance of diversity and the challenges faced by OBC communities within the academic environment.
